 We want our guests to travel lighter, easier, and less-stressed, so we've gone beyond even our own BESTNEST standards to Luxe—an Elevated Experience in Vacationing, curated with the discerning traveler in mind.

WHAT SETS US APART immediately is our level of service. A BESTNEST Luxe reservation affords our guests a personal Luxe Concierge, available to them 24/7, only a call or text away (and geographically just around the corner). 

CURATED, BESTNEST LUXE AMENITIES are our second set apart. Each Luxe property is supplied with every product needed for the duration of the stay for kitchen, bath, and laundry. Our kitchens and laundries feature a full array of Mrs. Meyers products and include dish soap, dishwasher pods, new sponges, trash bags, Ziploc bags, paper towels, cleaning products, laundry products, and hand soap. Our bathrooms feature Kiehl’s products including hand wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Guests will find toilet tissue, facial tissues, cotton swabs and Neutrogena make up removers aplenty. In addition to Kiehl’s and Mrs. Myers, all are known and trusted brands that you use in your own home. 

LIVING OR COMMON ROOMS have ample, comfortable seating, excellent lighting, all flat screen televisions with most being wall mounted. Luxe homes also feature a Bose, Sonos, or JBL wireless Bluetooth speaker or system for iTunes, Pandora, Spotify, etc.

KITCHENS are stocked with white dishes, heavy flatware and cookware, a plethora of glassware including several sizes of drink ware, stemmed and stemless wine glasses, implements and utensils for slicing, chopping, blending, mixing, measuring, baking, roasting, steaming and sautéing. In short—you should find everything you need to whip up and serve up wine, cocktails and a holiday dinner. We supply Nespresso Virtuo, Keurig, and a drip coffee maker in each property, plus filters and sweeteners, AND a variety of k-cups and Nespresso capsules. Other appreciated kitchen supplies include salt and pepper, oils and spices, storage containers and Ziploc bags in 2 sizes, clean kitchen linens, as well as unbreakable dish and drink ware great for outside and younger guests.  

DINING AREAS provide ample seating for the maximum number of guests. 

BEDROOMS have plentiful pillows and blankets, all fresh and clean, and beds are dressed in our signature stripe cotton sheets and Hudson cotton quilts. Clean, comfy, mattresses are wrapped with waterproof encasement and soft padding. Guests will find easy access to electric outlets and coasters at the bedside, as well as loads of matching coat and skirt hangers, laundry baskets and luggage racks in the closets. 

LAUNDRY / UTILITY areas always have an iron and board and drying rack in addition to a good washer and dryer, vacuum, broom(s), dustpan, Swiffer and pads, and plenty of beach towels. 

BATHROOMS are well lit, sparkling clean, and equipped with magnifying make up mirrors, Babyliss hair dryers, make up removal cloths, plungers, and toilet brushes, as well as our signature stripe all cotton bath linens. 

OUTDOOR SPACES have comfortable seating that varies by property, plus beach equipment to include traditional umbrellas and a Shibumi shade, buggies, chairs, Yeti coolers, and sand toys. Clean, Weber gas grills (including gas) are supplied at every property that allows (some villas do not permit grills). Pools and heating vary by property; please inquire. 

MUCH APPRECIATED MISCELLANEOUS include high speed Wi-Fi with password protection, television remotes labeled with instructions, channel guides, coasters just about any place you might land a drink, extra batteries and light bulbs, scissors/pens/paper, always a selection of fresh, current local magazines, and (not to spoil the surprise) and welcome basket of yummy delights as our way of saying.. Welcome - we are quite simply at your service.
