living spaces
Living and common rooms feature comfortable seating, excellent lighting, and flat-screen televisions. A wireless Bluetooth speaker is provided for streaming music through services such as Spotify, Pandora, or Apple Music. Some homes also feature gas-log fireplaces.
KITCHENS & DINING AREAS
BESTNEST kitchens are thoughtfully stocked with white dishware, heavy flatware, cookware, and a wide assortment of glassware including stemmed and stemless wine glasses. You’ll find tools and utensils for slicing, chopping, blending, mixing, measuring, baking, roasting, steaming, and sautéing—everything you need to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a full holiday dinner. Each kitchen also includes both drip coffee makers and Keurig machines.
You will also find food storage containers, Ziploc bags in two sizes, clean kitchen linens, and unbreakable dishware perfect for outdoor dining or younger guests. Some homes may include additional appliances such as rice cookers, coffee grinders, or salad spinners. Dining spaces offer comfortable seating for the maximum number of guests along with clean place mats.
BEDROOMS
Bedrooms feature plentiful pillows and blankets, with beds dressed in BESTNEST’s signature striped cotton sheets and Hudson cotton quilts. Mattresses are protected with waterproof encasements and padded covers. Bedside areas provide easy access to electrical outlets and charging options, along with coasters. Closets include matching coat and skirt hangers, laundry baskets, and luggage racks.
BATHROOMS
Bathrooms are bright, sparkling clean, and equipped with magnifying makeup mirrors, high-quality hair dryers, dark washcloths for makeup removal, plungers, and toilet brushes, along with BESTNEST’s signature cotton bath linens.
LAUNDRY AREAS
Laundry areas include a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, vacuum, broom and dustpan, Swiffer with pads, and plenty of beach towels.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Outdoor areas vary by property but typically include comfortable seating and beach equipment for everyone. Weber gas grills are provided at all homes where permitted (some villas do not allow grills). Each grill includes one attached propane tank and a backup tank; some homes have dedicated propane lines.
Entry & privacy
Property entry is controlled by a secure keyless system with a code connected to your personal reservation. Guests can achieve complete privacy from inside the home by locking out all access codes. A backup key is always stored onsite in the unlikely event of a system failure.
