This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted, all Thermador kitchen, opening into a dining area with seating for 6, and beyond to the living area and wrap-around waterfront balcony. Enjoy watching deer, dolphins, and birds galore-- even hawks and eagles!-- all from your private balcony.
The spacious living area features a 65" LCD flat screen HDTV and fabulous new furnishings, all in the BESTNEST style.
Two bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV, and each features en suite bath, both of which are just beautiful!

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply head down the elevator or stairs and across the boardwalk-- and you're there!
POOL: Oceanfront -- Pool open April - September (not heated).
PETS AND PEOPLE: So sorry, the HOA only accepts human guests at this villa, though the owners do bring their dog occasionally.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, and much more. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, even a Yeti cooler and Shibumi beach shade. All you have to do is come and enjoy.
