POOL: The Beachside Tennis Villas oceanfront pool is located just outside the building and offers a beautiful place to relax between beach walks and island adventures. Guests also enjoy the community grilling area and private boardwalk leading directly to the beach. The pool is open seasonally from April through September and is not heated.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 6 comfortably // 1 King bed // 2 Queen beds. The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, luxury BESTNEST linens, Smart TV, and a beautifully renovated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, Smart TV, and convenient access to the beautifully updated guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. PETS: The Beachside Tennis Villas Association permits pets for property owners only. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted for guests staying at this villa.
VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply take the elevator or stairs, cross the private boardwalk, and you'll have your toes in the sand in less than a minute.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
