IMPORTANT NOTES FOR SUMMER RESERVATIONS: 2027 Summer stays require: 7-night minimum with Saturday arrival/departure (some gaps may be bookable- just click your desired dates and/or reach out to us). 2026 summer dates now require a 4-night minimum with arrival/ departure ANY day.
POOL & SPA HEATING: Pool and spa heating available via propane system effective year-round. March–May and September–November: $600 first day // $300 each additional day. Please inquire for winter heating rates.
HOW FAR TO THE BEACH: This is an oceanfront property with private beach access.
PETS: This is a human-only retreat; pets are not permitted.
VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% due at booking // Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival. You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
