23 South Beach Lagoon Dr: Sea Pines

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The space was clean and as advertised. The house had a well stocked kitchen and more than plenty of beach gear. The location was fantastic. Check in and out was simple and we had no problems during the week. The interior space was ample for multiple families and very comfortable. We highly recommend the property and would definitely return in the future.

We loved the home and it was just as billed in the description and the pictures. The location was terrific. The home, grounds and pool were immaculate when we arrived. Beverly met us to walk through the home and her team coordinated rentals which were all there when we arrived.

We all have a wonderful time and would highly recommend Beverly's team and this home! We love Hilton Head!!

Our large family (four generations) had a magical beach week celebrating my Mom's 85th birthday. This was the third time (Mom's 70th and 80th) that we've rented this same house, and it never disappoints. The location is unparalleled - you essentially have your own private piece of a very large beach. Walk a few steps to the beach, come back for lunch, jump in the pool late afternoon, cocktails/dinner on the deck at night looking at the stars. It couldn't be better. And the recent renovations have turned this house into a truly luxurious property. Everything you might want is provided: beach chairs, toys, towels, Shibumi, pack n' play, speakers, outdoor grill, cornhole set up, etc. The management team checked in every day during the stay to make sure our needs were met. Our only regret was that the week went by much too fast.

The house looked beautiful however, the mattresses need to be replaced in most bedrooms. The pool and spa lights were not operational for swimming at night. Also, the last day and a half there was no heat for the pool No internet available downstairs made it difficult to be outside without to use laptops. Probably would not rent again.

From Beverly -- big sigh here. I am very sorry to read this on the internet, as the Meyers never called or contacted us for any issue during their stay even though we (1) leave a note with our 24/7 contact information and ask that they reach out at anytime, and (2) perform what we call our "well check" by text 48 hours after arrival. Not a peep. Again, sigh. I cannot fix what I do not know about. The mattresses in this house were installed (new, of course) when we did all of the interior design in 2021. Further, they are the same mattresses we use in all of our NESTS (they are made in Charleston SC) and people love them so much they ask how to buy them-- no kidding. Internet issues, pool heating-- all you have to do is call us. we have a very good EROS systema t this house and there is no reason it should not have been working downstairs as the main hub of the house is located downstairs. If you are reading this far, and you ever have an issue or need, no matter how small, just call! In today's world, promises are made and all too often not kept. Beverly Serral and her people are the exception to the first sentence. They are people of promises made and promises KEPT.
Their professionalism and attention to detail we have not found on Hilton Head, and we have rented many beautiful beachfront homes. 23 South Beach is not new, but well updated and well kept.This was the best 12 days vacation we have had in Hilton Head over the last 15 years on the beach. Keep up the good work!

The home is lovely and very well outfitted. The pool and spa were in excellent condition. It is convenient to the beach and lots of beach gear was provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the home.

Earlier this month I got the family together to celebrate my dads 91st birthday. We love Hilton Head. I have been coming here for years, and own a condo here actually, but it was too small to fit all of us for this trip. We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful house! It had every amenity we could want, and the views of the gorgeous beach are amazing! The bedrooms were all appointed beautifully as well as the rest of the house. I would very happily rent there again.

This was an incredible experience from the first contact through our return home. The property was exquisite and everything we needed was provided for a wonderful stay. The views from the oceanfront balconies were spectacular (especially the sunrises and playful dolphins). A special shout out to Lake Ward who handled our reservation.

This home was amazing in all ways! It is beautifully decorated with magnificent views. The location of this beach front home was perfect for our family including our six grandchildren. They loved the beach and the pool. Harbor Town Golf courses were minuets away. This home was by far our favorite vacation home we experienced.. The BESTNEST/LUXE by Beverly Serral management team were very helpful and communicated well throughout the rental process.
