254 Stoney Creek Villas: Sea Pines

My family and I had a terrific and relaxing experience. From the moment we checked in, we received professional and friendly greeting. We walked into the villa which was very comfortable, roomy, clean and relaxing. My 3 year old granddaughter walked in and said "this house is beautiful" and boy was she right! We look forward to coming back again. Also, I might add great location as well.... close to all we needed to enjoy my daughter's 30th birthday celebration!

When heading to Sea Pines, always rent from Beverly Serral's team. They have properties of all sizes and the standardized decor, cleanliness, and appointments is fantastic. We have rented from other property managers in the past but only as a last resort.

We have stayed in 254 many times since we only need 2 BRs for our family. The location of the unit is perfect for access to Harbor Town as well as exploring the rest of Sea Pines by bike. By the way, the pool area has been recently renovated and resurfaced. The overall condition of the whole property is very good with recent replacement of all the decking with a Trex product.

We highly recommend using the recommended bike rental place, Hilton Head Outfitters. They are super helpful and the bikes are always waiting on us when we arrive. Save yourself the hassle of bringing your bikes and just rent.

Always great at this property. The place is still well kept and very clean. The decor has stood the test of time and it always presents as clean and fresh. We have stayed in this villa 5-6 times over the years and love it.

One quick note: The pool was closed and in rough shape this week. Not an issue for our crew, but 10 years ago, that would have been a bummer for our daughter. If you are traveling with little swimmers, confirm that the pool is open.

One more note: The bike trail is being resurfaced on the South Beach end of Sea Pines. Light House/Harbor Town/Stoney Creek trails are in great shape and not currently being reworked. In other words, if you enjoy riding the trails, Stoney Creek is a REALLY a good call right now.

We have rented at HHI for 18 years and BESTNEST has been the most impressive company to rent from. The villa was exceptional clean and the little extras that were there were just perfect, like a regular size bottle of laundry detergent to liquid hand soaps in all the bathrooms, etc. The location of this villa was perfect for walking to Harbour Town and it was very quiet. Everything was great and the communication from BESTNEST was very thorough as well. Highly recommend!

This was the second time that we stayed at this villa. We returned for many reasons. It is within walking distance of Harbor Town, a short bike ride to the beach, and has a nice pool a few steps out the front door. Also, the villa was squeaky clean and well equipped with every thing that we needed for our stay. The BESTNEST personnel were very accommodating. The check in process is very efficient and the BESTNEST staff makes themselves easily accessible in the event that you need anything during your stay. If you are looking for a great place to spend some relaxing time, this place is it!

This is a lovely property. The home was well decorated, the kitchen had everything we could want, beds were comfortable with upscale bedding and lots of nice towels in the baths. And we were delighted to find a basket of goodies in the kitchen with a welcome note. The location is only a short walk to Harbourtown with its shops, restaurants and views. We will definitely try to stay here when we go back to Sea Pines.

This villa is just as advertised: beautiful, updated, sparkling clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook a simple meal. Comfortable beds, lots of towels; even beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use. 60 steps from the front door to the pool gate. Will definitely be back!

Great place . Quite ,clean ,and close to everything !
The only areas we would have wanted better was the dining area seats . The only other thing that bugged us in the beginning was the surprise of the rules for our 4 pound dog . The rules in our packet for dog hair were a negative for the first couple of days . We were paying 300 plus cleaning and then we got the list !! I would rather see that before signing . To our knowledge we did not leave a dog hair even on the carpet .

We had an enjoyable few days and found that the property was excellent. It was perfect for our needs with one exception. That is, we found the wifi to be quite slow. We tried to stream our TV service (Direct TV), and it did not work well.

Being a previous owner on Cutter Court we were really very not impressed with this villa. We had a "PREMIER" unit when I owned it and we had it on the rental market as well and everyone raved about our unit. This unit had a lot to complain about. The appliances were dirty, the air conditioning was blowing directly on us in the master bedroom. The carpets and drapes were very much in need of cleaning. The hot water faucet in the bathroom was very tight and needed replacing.
Also when we rented through you we were NOT allowed to park our car in the parking lot by the beach. We were so disenchanted that we left on Tuesday and didn't even wait to leave on Wednesday.

Dear Readers-- All of our guests are asked to call our 24 hour number with any issue, or if they find anything that fails to meet their expectations. We can remedy most anything, but only if we know about it. (Marvin and Linda never gave us a clue they were unhappy-- until now.) Linda is correct that the Beach Club on-site parking is restricted in summer from 9 am to 4 pm, and full details are outlined in several places, including the property listing and rental contract, and the guest welcome packet and information binder. None of our other guests, our housekeepers or preparation staff have noted any of these property issues, but I will personally look into them immediately. I also ask our Readers to note our other reviews on this property and other BESTNESTS. Or call our office in advance of booking. We love talking with potential guests. I’m almost reluctant to write this, because I’d prefer to be selfish and keep this rental as my little secret so it would always be available for me....
This place is amazing. I’ve never rented a cleaner more well appointed unit ever.
I had become accustomed to bringing my own bathroom soap pumps and shower/bath soap bars, coffee filters, laundry soap.....all generously provided here.
Usually, I can’t wait to go home to my own mattress, because most rentals have cheapest quality with flimsy pillows. Not here. Top quality and comfortable mattress, pillows and blankets.

Many times, what you see in the pictures of a rental are not what you actually see when you arrive but in this case, as with all BESTNEST properties, the property really is as beautiful and just as described. Everything was spotless - dishes, linens, bathrooms, furniture and floors! The full size bath and kitchen supplies go above and beyond anything you would find elsewhere. Walking to Harbour Town was awesome and even though some restaurants were open for "dining in", we opted for take-out during this physical distancing time and were not disappointed. So appreciated the excellent service from Lizette, Beverly and Darlene as well as the goodie basket of yummy items when we arrived. Without a doubt - BESTNEST properties are your home away from home on Hilton Head Island...you will be glad you choose a BESTNEST!

We LOVED our stay at this condo. It was spotless and had every amenity we needed from beach towels to Netflix. There was even an adorable welcome basket with fresh bananas and local baked goods. We found ourselves at a different condo at first that did not suit our needs, but then we found Beverly who was able to get this condo cleaned and available the same day we requested - within hours! We loved the Sea Pines area and all the wonderful walking trials and nearby harbor. We will definitely be back!

Could not be better! That's why we keep coming back. Everything works perfectly, the master bed is super comfortable, the linens are fresh and crisp, the kitchen is well-equipped, the condo is spotless, nothing is stained, worn or weary. Each time we come we notice upgrades, both small and large, that weren't necessary but done simply to improve on perfection. The dwelling is the ideal safe haven for us after dealing with an aging family member during the day. When we can, we plan our visits to HHI around the availability of this unit. For us it is perfection.

After continuing problems with our former rental agency, we switched to work with Beverly Serral. And are we pleased we did! The townhouse we rented, 254 Stoney Creek, is a wonderful place to call 'home' for a few weeks. Well appointed and all equipment and appliances work! Comes completely stocked with any staple you could need. And if something is not available, a quick call to Beverly Serral's office will fix that! We have been coming to Hilton Head for 40 years. This past visit is among our best!

This property was amazing! Very updated, spacious and large pool for the kids. The bedrooms were much larger than any property we’ve stayed in recently and it was fully furnished with all the amenities including shampoo and soap in both bathrooms. It was like we were staying in a hotel, but better! They even provided pool towels, beach chairs and sand toys which was great! This property was also in a great location for biking. We were able to bike to Harbor town and the beach club with our 8 & 10 year old boys with no problem. I highly recommend this property and we’ll definitely stay here again!

The pool is close by, Harbour Town is within walking distance and it is very quiet. We will definitely rent this unit again the next time we visit Hilton Head.

This was our second week-long stay in the last six months in this beautiful condo. My 82 y-o mother lives in Sea Pines and we try to visit her regularly. Everything about this unit is terrific and because we travel 60% of the time for business and family matters, we are tough critics.

The location is superb - walking distance to Harbor Town yet the complex itself very quiet, peaceful and well-cared for.

The condo is updated and modern. All the infrastructure items like HVAC, Internet, cable TV, lighting, appliances are in top condition and work great. They are simple to use too!

The bedding is wonderful. The master bed mattress is very comfortable as are the pillows. The blankets and sheets are spotless and in like-new condition. The same applies to the towels - brilliant white, soft, and absorbent.

The furniture is like new. Comfortable, ample, useful.

There are beach amenities (which we did not use) such as towels, beach chairs, toys that look brand new.

The decor is classy clean ocean - no sea gulls/turtles, palm trees, starfish, flamingos, or shells - yay!

We never heard a sound from other people while we were staying there and the location of this end unit ensures privacy and solitude.

The kitchen is small but extremely well equipped and just perfect for the two of us. All the plates, utensils, glassware, pots/pans are new or like new. While it might be a challenge to prepare a gourmet meal, I am sure better cooks than me could readily manage but why would you want to do that anyway :) ?

We are already looking to book our next return. All Beverly Serral representatives are professional, helpful, responsive and a delight to work with.

While visiting Hilton Head is never really a "vacation" for us, this beautiful unit provides us the escape and relaxation we need once the family obligations for the day are over with. We will be back!

We are different than other renters in that we come to Hilton Head to visit aging parents, not really for pleasure. It's not the beach or the food or the activities or the weather that influences us, but rather the comfort, modernity, amenities, and solitude of the place we stay in. We've been to the Island many, many times and have rented a variety of condos and have stayed in several local hotels. This Beverly Serral rental was SPECTACULAR in every way and by far the best place we've ever rented on Hilton Head. The townhome, an end unit, was very quiet and private, as was the overall community (we were there in November, off season). The huge windows out back looked out to green area with no neighbors in sight. But the best was inside the doors. Thoroughly equipped with every thoughtful convenience, this unit rates 5+ stars on all fronts. Everything was new or like new. The mattresses, bedding, and pillows were heavenly - we couldn't believe how well we slept. The AC/heat, TVs, Internet all worked great. The kitchen and baths, though modest in size, were fully appointed with every conceivable amenity. The heat lamp/fans in the baths were very nice for taking the chill off. The decor was soothing and modern - no starfish, shells, sea turtles, palm trees, or anchors here! What a refreshing difference. The location is super-convenient to beaches, Harbor Town, Sea Pines Center, bike paths, you name it. We know that you will be pleased with this lovely home. We just hope you don't want it when we plan to visit :)

It was my daughter's Fall Break at Elon so we met her and a friend. Rental was perfect for the 4 of us. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. We didn't make any meals in but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. Very nice that beach towels and chairs were at the unit. Short walk to a lot of activities.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. It was decorated so nicely and the little touches were so appreciated. We loved that beach towels and chairs were provided. The location of this villa was perfect. Close to Harbour Town with easy access to other areas of the island. The unit was very clean and well laid out for four people. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was great that each bedroom had a king size bed. Each bedroom had its own ensuite. We have rental several places through VRBO and this was the first unit that provided space in the kitchen for food! Check in was easy but they are very strict about not letting anyone check in before 4 pm. Overall, great place to stay.

Beautifully updated condo a few steps away from the pool. Very quiet location with a nice view out the back windows. A very quick walk (< 5 min)or an even quicker bike ride to Harbour Town. It's not on the beach but we found it to be a really quick and easy car ride to the beach club and we even found parking in the main lot every day. All of the furniture is new, clean and very comfortable, including the beds. We slept so well while we were there! The best part was how well stocked the condo is-so nice to have aluminum foil, sandwich bags, Tupperware, beach chairs, beach towels, etc stocked and ready for our stay. We will definitely look to stay in another BS property again!

Our accommodations were above spectacular. We could not believe how well
maintained the rental property. The property contained all our needs, chairs, utensils, towels, even down to the smallest items as q-tips. We absolutely loved it. As a matter of fact, we will look no further next time we vacation in Hilton Head. We have already made our mind up, 254 Stoney Creek is where we will stay.

EGAD! I just spoke with the Leighs and the 3 and 4 stars are total glitches-- they meant to give us and the villa all 5 stars and are so apologetic that somehow the stars went awry-- talk about stars not aligning!
