POOL: The Gleneagle Green community pool is located less than a one-minute walk from the villa and is reserved exclusively for Gleneagle guests. The pool is open seasonally from April through September.

BESTNEST GUESTS ENJOY: Thoughtful comforts designed to make vacation easy, including luxury linens and towels, beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach cart, cooler, bathroom essentials, laundry supplies, paper products for the duration of your stay, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, and responsive local Guest Services whenever assistance is needed.
PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Please contact us before booking to confirm your dog's breed.
VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately an eight- to ten-minute bike ride or a four-minute drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club. During peak season, complimentary Beach Trolleys transport guests from designated parking areas throughout Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club from the day after Labor Day through mid-March.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful and exceptionally clean — and I’m very particular when it comes to cleanliness. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and truly has everything you could possibly need.
The house is also perfectly set up for a beach vacation. Beach chairs and beach toys are provided, so you really have everything you need to start enjoying your vacation from the moment you arrive.
There are also so many beautiful and interesting books throughout the house. I enjoyed one of them so much that I ended up ordering my own copy on Amazon!
The location could not be better — perfectly situated between Harbour Town and the Beach Club. We rented bikes and rode to the beach every day. It took us only about 13 minutes, with a beautiful ride through the Plantation Golf Club. Along the way, we saw deer, alligators, and blue and white herons. It was absolutely spectacular and became one of our favorite parts of the vacation.
The house also has a lovely view of the golf course, and we enjoyed taking evening walks there. A family of deer visited right around the house every day, which made the whole experience feel even more peaceful and special.
This was such a relaxing and memorable vacation, and we are already planning to come back.
