- Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including clean and comfy sleeping pillows, clean kitchen linens, and plenty of beach towels.

- Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Just step out your back door!

PETS: Only humans allowed at this townhouse, please.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL: The Turtle Lane Club pools (actually there are two) are just across the parking area and open 9 am to 10 pm, April-September. Please inquire for specific dates of operation each year.

Family Vacation

This was our second visit to this property for a family vacation. Both adults and kids had a great time. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The property is well maintained and we would recommend the property.

Loved it!

Beautiful home that is well kept and spotless. The view of the beach is incredible, and the house has everything anyone could want. The management company is great, we were there during a hurricane and they were great about checking in to make sure we had what we needed. This is not a criticism but one of the main bedrooms had 2 twins that couldn't be pushed together. Another king or queen would be preferable because the twin beds are really too small for adults. But this house is awesome.

Family Summer Holiday

Words can’t describe how wonderful our family holiday was this past July. The accommodations, service and location were exceptional! Coming back to Hilton Head was nostalgic as our extended family had property for years on the same beach. I am still dreaming of our views to the water and honestly can’t wait to go back. The property was absolutely outfitted! We loved the security provided on the double gated community ( sea pines plus turtle lane club) There are so many restaurants - we particularly loved the beach club restaurants and bar next door and easy access to groceries and even delivery from the local pizza place! The direct beach access and the access to the two pools was fabulous! We used the bikes provided by property and rented a few more to traverse all the trails and visit the local shops off Sea Pines. We own a vacation property in Muskoka, Canada and understand what it takes to care and love a special property like 29 Turtle Lane. Thank you for sharing this property! Thank you to Beverly and her team for making our family holiday experience wonderful!

Wonderful family vacation

The property location provided easy access to beach. Everything we could think of was provided for a trip for 3 generations from ages 2 and up. The property was well maintained and beautiful.

A great family vacation!

Our family of six adults and two young children had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home on the beach. We loved the easy walk to the beach, the provided beach towels, sand toys, and kitchen equipment (would have helped to have instructions for the cooktop! - thank heavens for the son-in-law who googled to find instructions!) Clearer, site-specific instructions for the onsite garbage collection area would also be helpful!

Beautiful Location-Spectacular View

Perfect location right on the beach. The rental was beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you could need including beach equipment. Plenty of space indoors and out for a large group to relax. I compliment the Beverly Serral Group. They were friendly, efficient and always there to answer a question.

Above and beyond

The property exceeded our expectations! IT was ideally located right on the beach, as advertised, and it provided a full compliment of beach towels and chairs, which is not always the case. In addition, all the furniture, kitchen supplies, linen, etc. were of excellent quality and gave the place a very upscale feel.

A Slice of Heaven

The property was everything as described and then some! Perfect for our family and perfect location. Imagine drinking your coffee or enjoying a cocktail, looking at the ocean and hearing the waves crash every day. It was mesmerizing and I’ll never forget it. Beverly Serral is the only company I’ll use to book our HH family vacations. I’m definitely coming back to this location!

Beautiful

We found this place at the last minute after our existing accommodations through another rental company were misrepresented and needing some work. Beverly was wonderful and quickly got us into the snow, beautiful townhome overlooking the ocean. The place was spotless, well appointed, and have beautiful furnishings. my parents commented that they haven’t had great of a view since they were in Hawaii a number of years ago. we travel a fair amount and Beverly and her team hands-down provided the best level of service you have received.
