The beach is approximately a 10–12 minute walk or 5–7 minute bike ride away, making it easy to build beach time into every day. Back at home, the private pool, screened porch, and inviting indoor living spaces offer plenty of reasons to slow down and enjoy the house itself.
THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, multi-generational groups, couples traveling together, and friends who value excellent bedroom separation. Four of the five bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level, including three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. Upstairs, a private bedroom/bonus space with twin "boat beds" and its own ensuite bathroom creates a fun retreat for younger guests.

POOL: The fenced private pool area features cool-touch, non-slip decking for added comfort around the water. Spend the afternoon swimming and lounging at home, then move to the screened porch or indoor living spaces as the day winds down. Propane pool heat is available during select cooler months.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 10 comfortably // 3 King beds // 1 Queen bed // 2 Twin beds. The main level includes the primary king suite with a beautiful ensuite bathroom, along with two additional king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. Upstairs, the fifth bedroom/bonus space features two charming twin "boat beds" and an ensuite bathroom. Luxury BESTNEST linens and comfortable bedding are provided throughout.
FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for cooking and serving a full house, with an open layout that keeps it connected to the surrounding gathering spaces. Quality cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, ample glassware, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, and plentiful kitchen essentials are provided. A second refrigerator offers valuable additional storage for groceries, drinks, and everything needed for a group vacation.

PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Dogs are also not permitted in the pool. Traveling without a pet? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this Nest.
VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a 10–12 minute walk or 5–7 minute bike ride. During peak season, Sea Pines Beach Trolleys provide transportation from designated parking areas to the Sea Pines Beach Club. The closest trolley location is near the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak Road, approximately five minutes away by car. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.
POOL HEAT: The private pool may be heated with propane, which performs efficiently across a wide range of outdoor temperatures. The fee is $350 for the first day and $150 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Pool heat fees are non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.
SECURITY CAMERAS AT THIS LOCATION: One exterior doorbell camera is located at the front door and faces the outside entry.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
